If you have patients on payment plans, it’s important to provide installment plan coupon books. Otherwise, they might forget to pay!

Once you print out the coupons, you need to staple them into coupon book covers to make a professional presentation. Although all of our laser installment plan coupons come with covers, practices that have shorter than average installment plans sometimes find they need to order extras.

These 8-1/2” x 2-3/4” laser coupon book covers are designed for use with Dolphin and OPMS software. Each cover is printed in blue ink, with separate sheets for the front and back covers. The front cover is pre-printed with the American Association of Orthodontists’ (AAO) logo, and die-cut to allow the information from the top coupon to show through. Also available without the AAO logo, and without either the die cut or the logo.

We recommend that you give the completed installment plan coupon books to your patients in our Wallet Style Folders, which are designed to hold both the coupon book and appropriate remittance envelopes. Remittance envelopes encourage patients to mail their payments in, rather than waiting to hand deliver their checks at their next appointment.
